TIRANA, Sept. 27 – The government decided Wednesday to entitle the national institution of tourism to launch a direct procurement for the promotion of the Albanian tourism at the international newspaper International Herald Tribune and also CNN Traveler Magazine.
Albanian authorities held Wednesday a conference on tourism on the occasion of the international tourism day Sept. 27. “The government was not wrong to set tourism as one of the four main priorities of the program for the country’s economy,” said minister Bujar Leskaj. The minister said that a better organization and management would bring a 12-15 percent increase every year until 2009.
