TIRANA, Oct. 2 – Tirana police investigated for seven days before starting the operation to arrest two people and find 450 gram of heroin, 250 grams of cocaine and lesser amounts of hashish. They were found at Komuna e Parisit street in a car and then later at their apartments. Three women were released during the investigation process but the two women under investigation are teenagers or a little more than that. They are accustomed to getting near other teenagers at schools or in the bars in the so-called block quarter.
