SHKODRA, Oct. 24 – Police arrested a person suspected of being one of the two persons who beat two women and stole 2.4 million lek from their house in Mali i Jushit village, Bushat commune. First police identified the two suspects, Palok Lazri,44, and Aleksander Jubani, 32, and then they arrested Lazri; the other suspect is declared at large. Jubani was also arrested Wednesday evening. On Sunday they both beat Ngjelina Hila and her daughter-in-law also threatening them the next day not to tell police. The two suspects also owed a debt to the two women.
