TIRANA, Oct. 10 – The Children’s Human Rights Center of Albania (CRCA), Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, police and the Council of Europe held a workshop for violence against children in their families. The activity was funded from the European Commission office in Tirana. The workshop aimed at raising public awareness of the government institutions and local one, civic society, media and the public on the abuse of children in the family. Participants discussed ways to prevent such a violence and the steps undertaken from government institutions and civic society.
