TIRANA, Sep. 27 – The coach of the Albanian national football team, Josip Kuze, said he aims to win in all upcoming home matches.
That follows his draw abroad and a win at home which has temporarily set Albania on top of the Group for the Euro 2012 qualifiers.
“We would like to make a step ahead and in these qualifiers we leave behind not only Luxembourg but also another team,” he said in front of journalists only days ahead of his qualifier with Bosnia in Oct. 8.
“We aim at winning all home matches and please our fans,” he said.
Kuze did not expect an easy game with Bosnia saying that “they are under pressure as a loss in that qualifier means their qualification goals are shattered.”
Kuze said that he considered Bosnians as pretenders to the group throne together with France, Romania and Belarus.
