PRISTINA – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Nikos Dendias, during an official visit to Kosovo, among other things, emphasized that it is an indicator of regional cooperation between the neighbors. Dendias told the media that the issue of recognizing Kosovo is a matter of establishing relations between the two countries.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Nikos Dendias met with Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti and Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
The meeting between Hoti and Dendia took place without the presence of the media. Minister Dendias was received at the “Adem Jashari” Airport, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Meliza Haradinaj-Stublla, who said this particular visit has a special importance for Kosovo.
Greece is among the 5 EU member states which do not officially recognize the state of Kosovo yet.
