TIRANA, Jan. 24 – Justice Minister Bujar Nishani introduced the new strategy of the rule of law and human rights, its priorities to the donors who contribute to the strengthening of the Albanian fiduciary
The strategy is part of the country’s efforts toward the integration with the European Union.
Creating an independent judiciary and respect of the human rights are basic in the long integration road.
Besides separate countries the OSCE and the Council of Europe have been main donors coordinating the assistance to the Albanian judiciary.
