TIRANA, April 13 – The quality of the postal service in Albania is now almost on par with that of the European Union, according to expert assessment of the Post Audit Europe, which visited Albania the beginning of this month. The Post Audit Europe monitored the quality of service in Albanian Mail for the 2007-2009 period.
Some of the conclusions of this audit were that the Albanian Post has made giant steps. Internal transport network linking all postal Albania is perfect and at the same time serves as a perfect platform for a high level of quality and this is confirmed by the delivery time to client facilities. Customers and all citizens of Albania consider Albanian Post a great supplier of postal services. Albanian Post has tied up not only the major cities, but thanks to the cooperation with the Albanian Government and it has worked to establish standards for naming streets, numbering them, and the establishment of postal boxes in the homes of citizens.
Albanian mail clients find the company a high level of security and direct contact with postman.
