VLORA, July 12 – Three officials of Vlora were arrested and charged with abuse of post in cases of property restitution.
Genc Pajozaqi, Sokol Kucaj and Fatmir Xhena were arrested last week after police presented evidence that they had returned property to owners in an illegal way. (Tirana Times Staff)
