Swedish bank official visits Albania

TIRANA, May 16 – Vice Governor of the Swedish Bank (Sveriges Riksbank), Lars Nyberg, visited Albania Wednesday to talk about further developing the bilateral ties with the central Bank of Albania.
BoA Governor Ardian Fullani told Nyberg about the development of the banking system in post-communist Albania and its role in the fiscal and financial market as well as its assistance to the country’s economy.
Nyberg expressed his commitment to offer technical assistance to his Albanian counterparts so Albanian banking is able to adapt it to the world market.
