The Dutch Ambassador to Albania Guusje Korthals Altes visited the Canyon of Holta, located near Gramsh – just two hours away from Tirana.

“Exploring beautiful Albania,” she wrote in a Twitter post with photos of the canyon.

Located near Gramsh, the Holta Canyon has been hidden for years due to lack of infrastructure. However, the construction of the Banja Hydropower Plant brought investments in all road segments, now making it very easy to visit the canyon.
