Adriatic Euroregion Assembly meeting held in northern Shkodra

SHKODRA, Sep. 21 – The third meeting of the Adriatic Euroregion Assembly was held last week in northern Shkodra, and included the participation of Albanian President Bamir Topi.
The meeting included representatives from all Adriatic countries. Topi said that cooperation among the Adriatic countries has already begun and should serve as a basis for further strengthening it.
The initiative will serve the Adriatic countries to consolidate their ties along with their efforts to integrate into international institutions including NATO and the European Union.
