TIRANA, May 11 – Albania signed an agreement with Switzerland on Friday in which the Swiss will provide technical, financial and humanitarian assistance to Albania.
“The agreement is another step toward strengthening the very good relations existing between our two countries,” said Albanian Finance Minister Ridvan Bode.
The agreement has planned assistance not only through different projects from the Swiss Office of Cooperation but also adds direct assistance to the Albanian government’s office on coordinating strategies with foreign aid.
Switzerland has assisted Albania with 96 million Euro used for different projects since 1996.
