Albania’s revenues from weapons trade reach $ 3 million

TIRANA, Jan.8 – Albanian media quoted Macedonian press reporting revenues from trade of weapons in Albania generating revenues around $3 million. Some of these weapons belong to categories that should not be traded if Albania is to enter NATO. During the last 2 years the target of Albanian weapons trade have been Third World countries while the last contract signed was that of supplying the army of Afghanistan.
