Counterfeit euros found in Tirana

TIRANA, April 12 – Albanian police seized some 70,000 in counterfeited euro banknotes.
Police also arrested 13 people for trading fake 50 and 100 euro banknotes believed to have come from neighboring Macedonia.
The operation followed a three-month investigation of a group of forgers.
Some days ago police had again seized fake euro bills supposedly made by the same group.
