TIRANA, Feb. 6 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will give to Tirana Airport Partners headed by the Hochtieff group a loan of 28 million euro to build a new terminal at Mother Teresa international airport. The decision is expected in March. The airport had a new terminal only last year and reached more than one million passengers the same year, a limit figure which the group had said would determine whether to build a second terminal.
