SARANDA, May 26 – Interior Minister Bujar Nishani has met in the southern town of Saranda with southern district authorities to request they speed up their efforts to assume management of public properties transferred to them from the central government.
The government is transferring forests, water supply facilities and other properties to local governments, but the process has been very slow. (Tirana Times Staff)
