More extraditions toward the country

TIRANA, Jan. 18 – Police reported the extradition of Arsim Lita, 33, from Munich, Germany.
In 2005 the Tirana district court sentenced Lita with 24 years imprisonment for a murder after Lita, together with two other persons, had shot dead in 2001 a person and also tried to kill another, who was injured.
In neighboring Greece police arrested Apostol Sotiri, 43. Tirana had issued an international arrest warrant. Lushnja district court has sentenced Sotiri to life imprisonment in 1998 for murdering his spouse for jealousy Sotiri lived in Greece with a fake passport using another name there.
On Wednesday Edmond Sina, 34, was extradited from Bologna, Italy. Sina was sentenced in 2008 from the Tirana district court with ten years imprisonment after, together with a friend, he stole a vehicle after shooting in the air and threatening the passengers and the owner.
