TIRANA, May 27 – Albania top policeman Ahmet Prenci and Deputy Interior Minister Gent Strazimiri made a survey trip to northern Velipoja and Shengjin areas well known for their tourist prospects.
The two officials monitored the way law enforcement institutions had planned to cover the tourist season, when the area is flocked by ethnic brethren from Kosova.
Road accidents, which have been a serious concern lately, were another main topic to discuss with local authorities. (Tirana Times Staff)
