VLORA, Oct. 19 – A policeman was found shot in the head while he was following an alleged criminal.
Roland Likaj, 43, called police to tell he was following a suspect and 15 minutes later he was found dead in his car with a bullet shot in the head.
Likaj was the head of a police department in the last years..
Police have started investigation of the murder but have yet to produce any target.
