TIRANA, Jan. 25 – A new pre-electoral amnesty the ruling Socialist Party is about to approve ahead of next June’s general elections will benefit both businesses and households who will have their pre-2011 taxes and penalties fully pardoned and get stripped of their fines and late payment penalties until 2014 provided they pay the full obligation owed.
