TIRANA, Jan. 17 – President Bamir Topi on Tuesday called Monday’s parliament session as unacceptable and called on both political groupings to bring normalcy to parliament.
Topi was speaking Tuesday during a visit he was making to the southern town of Tepelena.
He urged all lawmakers to respect the laws and bring back the work of the parliament to normalcy.
