TIRANA, Dec. 25 – The departure of several major Greek investors from Albania this year has considerably weakened the leading position that Albania’s southern neighbor has had in the country’s foreign direct investment during the past quarter of century and new destinations such as Switzerland or Netherlands from where major energy-related investment has been channeled through during the past few years are on track to overcome Greece by next year.
