The agreement was signed by Albanian Culture and Tourism Minister Ferdinand Xhaferaj and his visiting Kosovo counterpart Lutfi Haziri.
The 2010-2012 cultural agreement includes cooperation and joint activities in the fields of cultural heritage, culture, cinematography, youth policies and sports.
