Genoa, July 21 – Italian media reported that an Albanian immigrant living there, named Ilir Krypi, 42, was murdered in Milan.
Krypi was a witness who had accepted to offer his testimony in a case of trafficking of mobile phones and cocaine at an Italian prison.
Krypi was among 5-6 persons arrested at two prisons for being involved in the illegal traffic. The others had not accepted to offer their testimony as Krypi did.
That means that Krypi was likely eliminated by the Mafia trying to silence a voice against them.
