TIRANA, Dec 9LBtelecom telephone and internet services of Albania launched a new shop in Tirana and is planning to open around 60 outlets next year.
“This is only the start of a promise we gave our customers in Albania. In 2010, we plan to invest in the opening of around 60 other shops around the country meeting contemporary standards”, General Director Mustafa Akdogan said in a statement
The latest store sells Albtelecom’s products and offers services including payment of bills and new subscriptions to fixed-line and internet services.
Privatized in 2007, Albtelecom Sh.A. is majority owned by a Turkish consortium comprising Calik Enerji and Turk Telekom with a 76% stake.
