More payment for handicapped persons

TIRANA, Sept. 7 – The government decided to increase the social assistance to the paraplegic invalids to 6,800 leks per month, which is also to be indexed according to inflation. That will be paid to all those persons despite their age and income. The same payment will be received from the person taking care of them.
