TIRANA, June 18 – Police said they had arrested Artur Canaj, 21, who robbed personal items from women. He first made as if he wanted to catch the women’s intimate body parts and while they were in panic he grabbed their jewelry. Canaj was arrested Monday while he was doing such an act at noon in one of Tirana’s main cross roads. (Tirana Times Staff)
