TIRANA, August 10 – Albanian publishers will have their publications displayed for one week from August 12 to 18 in the tourist city of Vlora, southern Albania, which at this time is packed by holidaymakers from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
The annual fair comes after its successful display in Montenegro’s Ulcinj where it remained open from July 28 to August 3.
Some 50 publishers from Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia will display 11,000 book titles, of which 600 new ones, in the city’s main boulevard of Vlore-Skele along the sea.
The event’s organizers’, the Albanian Publishers Association, says different personalities will be invited during the fair’s seven evenings.
