FC Partizani Tirana is going through one of the most difficuilt times of it’s history. It is showing that football in Albania is no more an attraction for those who want to develop it and make it advance, but for those who have are stuck as a leech and don’t want to let it progress. The self proclaimed president, Albert Xhani, has returned to the centre stage now that there is a chance to retain the clubs training ground, showing to the supporters that he has or had no interest in the club and the football. As soon as Partizani, in the second phase, began it’s up-rise towards the top of the table and is within a chance of making the Superleague, suddenly his “shadow” appeared in a diabolical way.
