TIRANA, Sept. 18 – The Regulatory Entity of Energy will be entitled to make the process of buying energy instead of the KESH, according to the vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Gjergj Bojaxhi. That will help to shorten the process. KESH may hold tenders which normally need up to 45 days, while ERE will apply a shortened procedure with direct procurement.
