Ferro chromium workers wasn’t Darfoto respect the contract

ELBASAN, Sept 17 – Hundred-thirty workers of the Ferro Chromium plant in Elbasan have not been working since two months and they get a payment of 14,000 leks. The plant’s trade union asked for the restart of the work. They have also told the minister of economy and the prefect for the situation. They want the Italian Darfo company to respect the contract. The company has a 1,5 million euro debt to the Albanian government. the company has signed a 30-year contract six years ago. They have decided to close down the plant which would leave all of them unemployed.
