TIRANA, Aug. 15 – Police arrested Marie Kalthi, 40, in a prostituting act at the Dajti hotel in downtown Tirana. Kalthi had hired a room at the hotel, the only one remaining a state-owned one, with a man who had paid her 1,000 leks. The hotel has been decided by the government to be turned into the building of the foreign ministry but the procedures have yet to start. For the moment it served as a prostitution place.
